Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 August 2026

1. Scope

This policy describes how information is handled in connection with the website somatech.cloud, operated by MILANKUMAR M SAVALIYA (brand: SomaTech), Surat, Gujarat, India. It applies to this website only. It does not cover systems we build or operate for clients, which are governed by the agreement for that engagement.

2. Information collected through this website

This website is a static, informational site. It does not include a contact form, an account system, a newsletter signup or a payment facility. We do not ask you to submit personal information in order to browse it.

The only information generated by browsing is technical:

  • Server and delivery logs. Our hosting and content-delivery provider records standard request data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, referring URL, HTTP status and browser user-agent string. These logs are created and retained by the provider as part of serving and protecting the site.

We do not combine that log data with other information to identify individual visitors.

3. Enquiries you make to us

If you contact us by telephone, we will have the information you choose to share during that conversation — typically your name, the organisation you represent and the requirement you are describing. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and, if the engagement proceeds, to deliver the agreed work.

We do not sell enquiry information, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

4. Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use browser storage to track visitors across sessions or across other websites. No consent banner is presented because there is no tracking to consent to.

5. Analytics and third-party scripts

This website does not load third-party analytics, advertising, social media or tag-management scripts. Fonts, stylesheets, scripts and images are served from the somatech.cloud domain itself, so browsing these pages does not pass requests to external services.

If measurement is added in future, this policy will be updated before it is enabled.

6. External links

Pages may link to websites we do not control. Once you follow such a link, the privacy practices of that website apply, not ours. We are not responsible for the content or data handling of external sites.

7. Security

The website is served over HTTPS, and security response headers are configured at the hosting layer. No transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

8. Retention

Technical logs are retained by our hosting provider for the period set by that provider's own operational policy. Enquiry information is retained for as long as needed to respond, to carry out any resulting engagement, and to meet record-keeping and tax obligations under applicable Indian law.

9. Legal disclosures

We may disclose information where we are required to do so by law, by a court, or by a competent authority, or where disclosure is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

10. Your requests

You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you in connection with an enquiry or engagement, to ask for it to be corrected, or to ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Requests can be made using the telephone number on our contact page.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the website or our practices change. The revised version applies from the date it is published, shown as the "last updated" date at the top of this page.

12. Contact
